北美：

1、 美國食品藥物局規(guī)定，所有醫(yī)療健身及美容藥品都要具備能防止摻假、摻毒等防污能力的包裝。

2、 美國環(huán)境保護局規(guī)定，為了防止兒童誤服藥品、化工品，凡屬于防毒包裝條例和消費者安全委員會管轄的產(chǎn)品，必須使用保護兒童安全蓋。

6、 加拿大政府規(guī)定進口商品必須英法文對照。

歐洲：

1、 德國對進口商品的包裝禁用類似納粹和軍團符號標志。

2、 歐洲共同體規(guī)定，接觸食物的氯乙烯容器及材料，其氯乙烯單位的最大容器規(guī)定為每公斤1毫克成品含量，轉(zhuǎn)移到食品中的最大值是每公斤0。01毫克。

3、 希臘政府正式公布，凡出口到希臘的產(chǎn)品包裝上必須要用希臘文字寫明公司名稱，代理商名稱及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、數(shù)量等項目。
