Abstract
In recent years China steel industry obtained booming development．Crude steel
production ofChina increased from 182．2 million ton of2002 year to 418．78 million
ton of 2006 year．China’S share in the word total steel production increased from
20．15％in 2002 to 34．29％in 2006．Absolutely China has been the largest country of
steel production．
But the largest country of steel production does not mean that It is the strong
country of steel trade．In long time China is always the large steel import country．In
2003 China even became the largest steel product import country in the
word．However great change take place in 2006，the export trade of China steel
product obtain remarkable development，the total export finished at 43 million tons
and became the largest export of steel product．The export trade of China steel
product in 2006 has a historical change．
In this thesis we began to research the issue of China steel export trade from the
historical change．First．a(chǎn)nalyze the main characteristic of export trade on the basis of
introducing the basic situation ofour country steel industry．Second，research the rapid
development reason of steel export trade from the intematiorml factor and domestic
factor，Third，analyze the possible risk which our country steel export trade was
confronted in future．Fourthly,forecast the development foreground of China export
trader in future．Finally we draw a conclusion that the booming steel export of China
steel product is a long and inevitable process．It is the necessary outcome that the
word industry is adjusting and changing under global economic incorporate．

摘要
近幾年，中國的鋼鐵工業(yè)獲得了迅猛的發(fā)展。中國的粗鋼產(chǎn)量由2002年的
1．822億噸迅速上升到2006年的4．1878億噸。占世界粗鋼產(chǎn)量的比重也由
20．15％迅速提高到2006年的34．429％。中國毫無疑問的成為世界鋼鐵生產(chǎn)大國。
但是，鋼鐵生產(chǎn)大國并不意味著是鋼鐵貿(mào)易的強(qiáng)國。長期以來，中國一直
是鋼材進(jìn)口的主力軍。2003年更是成為全球最大的鋼材進(jìn)口國。然而形勢在2006
年發(fā)生了逆轉(zhuǎn)，中國的鋼材出口貿(mào)易突然迅猛增長，全年共出口鋼材4300萬噸，
一躍成為全球最大的鋼材出口國。中國的鋼材出口貿(mào)易在2006年發(fā)生了歷史性
的轉(zhuǎn)變。
本文就是針對這一歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變，在介紹中國鋼鐵工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上。首先
分析中國鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。然后分別從國際和國內(nèi)因素來探討中國
鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易迅速發(fā)展的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上，分析中國鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易目前所面
臨的風(fēng)險。并對今后的鋼鐵出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展形勢進(jìn)行了展望。最后得出結(jié)論：中
國鍘鐵產(chǎn)品的大量出口是一個難以逆轉(zhuǎn)的長期趨勢，這也是全球一體化主導(dǎo)下，
世界產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整和分工的必然結(jié)果。

鋼鐵外貿(mào)中，那個$/st,$/lt,$/mt，Eur/mt,$/CWT是分別表示是什么？

就是報(bào)價的金額/單位，多少美元/噸，或者多少歐元/噸，只是mt表示公噸，國際公用重量，也就是我們中國用的噸1mt=1000Kg，lt表示長噸，1lt=1016Kg；st表示短噸，1st=907.2Kg。

公噸是公制的單位，在英文中原本的表達(dá)法為tonne或者metric ton。由于用公噸的人太多，人都喜歡偷懶，故常把metric ton縮略為ton。國外客戶說ton的時候，有可能是指metric ton。我們中國人說噸，其實(shí)指的都是公噸，因?yàn)橹袊捎霉啤＃ㄎ覀冋f1噸等于1000公斤，也證明了我們所說的噸，其實(shí)是公噸。）

噸（原本意義上的噸）是英制單位，英文中是ton。英國和美國對ton的定義不同。在英國1 ton等于1016公斤，因此英國的噸又成為long ton（長噸）；在美國1 ton等于907公斤，因此美國的噸又成為short ton（短噸）。  

為避免混淆，建議與客戶談的時候，都統(tǒng)一用metric ton這種說法。寫合同更應(yīng)如此。


CWT也是重量單位，1CWT=hundredweight(英為112磅;美為100磅；

所以外貿(mào)中對于重量和尺寸一定要非常注意，盡量都用噸、千克、米、毫米等國際單位制，減少誤解造成的損失。
