(2)避免不必要的重復(fù): (3)短句、單詞的運(yùn)用: Enclosed herewith----->enclosed at thistime----->now due to the fact that----->because a draft in the amount of$1000----->a draft for $1000 6、Concreteness具體 7、Correctness正確 三、建立業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系 在國(guó)際商務(wù)交往中,建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系是交易開(kāi)始和擴(kuò)展的基礎(chǔ)。建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系一般經(jīng)由以下幾個(gè)渠道:國(guó)內(nèi)外商會(huì)和貿(mào)易促進(jìn)會(huì),大使館、領(lǐng)事館、商務(wù)參贊處,海外客戶(hù)、公開(kāi)發(fā)行的行業(yè)名錄,市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,商務(wù)交易會(huì)或展覽會(huì),銀行,貿(mào)易代表團(tuán)體的互訪(fǎng),市場(chǎng)代表自我介紹。 基本寫(xiě)作原則 1. 告之對(duì)方自己如何熟悉其地址和業(yè)務(wù)范圍,并表示原意與對(duì)方建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系; 2. 向?qū)Ψ阶晕医榻B(企業(yè)性質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)狀況、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍及信譽(yù)聲望等); 3. 寄出或索取樣品、價(jià)格單和其他可供參考的資料; 4. 以禮節(jié)性的語(yǔ)言結(jié)束,表明希望彼此合作,發(fā)展互惠貿(mào)易關(guān)系及期待對(duì)方答復(fù)。 擬訂有關(guān)建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系信函時(shí),禮貌、得體、簡(jiǎn)潔、樸實(shí)地將寫(xiě)信人的意圖清楚、完整地告之對(duì)方是關(guān)鍵的。其語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格為開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山,簡(jiǎn)明扼要,切忌拖泥帶水,避免使用冷僻的詞匯或難懂的專(zhuān)門(mén)用語(yǔ)。 四、詢(xún)盤(pán) 告知對(duì)方從何種渠道得知 Your name has been given us by the Chamberof Commerce/ the Embassy/ the bank in )(我們Commerce/ the… Embassy/the… bank in….我們從在……地方的商會(huì)/從……使館/從……銀行獲悉你方名稱(chēng)。 Your firm has been recommended to us byBayer AG, with whom we have done business for many years. 多年來(lái)與我們有業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系的拜爾股份公司將貴公司推薦給我們。 Messrs…of … have given me your name as soleagents for…在……的……公司向我們介紹了作為……獨(dú)家代理的貴公司的名稱(chēng)。 (2)直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f(shuō)明想要購(gòu)買(mǎi)的 We are considering the purchase of…我們打算購(gòu)買(mǎi)……。 We are interested in importing snookertables but we need to have further details of the costs before making a finaldecision. 我們有興趣進(jìn)口臺(tái)球桌,但在最后決定之前需要進(jìn)一步了解有關(guān)價(jià)格的詳細(xì)情況。 We are regular buyers of men’s knitwear. 我們是購(gòu)買(mǎi)男用針織品的老客戶(hù)。 (3)請(qǐng)求對(duì) Will you please send us your illustrate/latest catalogue and price-list. 請(qǐng)您寄給我們帶插圖的/最新的產(chǎn)品目錄和價(jià)格表。 We should like to receive a copy of yourlatest catalogue and full details of your export prices and terms of payment,together with samples. 我們非常希望獲得貴公司的最新產(chǎn)品目錄和有關(guān)出口價(jià)格、付款條件以及樣品的詳細(xì)材料。 Kindly let me have a description of yourelectric hedge trimmers. 請(qǐng)貴方寄來(lái)電動(dòng)修剪機(jī)的說(shuō)明書(shū)。 (4)強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)方所報(bào)方所報(bào)價(jià)格應(yīng)合理和 If your quotation is really competitive, …如果你方報(bào)價(jià)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,…… Provided prices are right. 前提是價(jià)格便宜。 If your products and terms comparefavorably with those of other suppliers, we shall send you an order. 如果貴公司的產(chǎn)品及條件與其他供貨商相比有優(yōu)勢(shì),(如果貴公司的產(chǎn)品及條件與其他供貨商相比有優(yōu)勢(shì),我方就會(huì)下訂單。 五、合同 商務(wù)合同是在商務(wù)活動(dòng)中簽署的具有法律地位的法律文件,其在措辭上使用嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá),以體現(xiàn)法律語(yǔ)言的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性;在行文上采用平鋪直敘的方法陳述事理,以明確合同雙方的權(quán)利義務(wù)。英文合同的詞匯具有準(zhǔn)確、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、正式、莊重、保守及規(guī)范等特點(diǎn),具體體現(xiàn)在正式的書(shū)卷詞語(yǔ)、專(zhuān)業(yè)詞語(yǔ)、古體詞語(yǔ)、外來(lái)詞、同義詞并列、模糊限制詞的運(yùn)用以及具有特定含義的常用詞的使用。合同語(yǔ)言的語(yǔ)法特點(diǎn)是從句疊出,定語(yǔ)從句、狀語(yǔ)從句廣泛使用,狀語(yǔ)位置常常出現(xiàn)在主句內(nèi)部或從句的內(nèi)部以保證法律語(yǔ)言的嚴(yán)密和清晰。合同語(yǔ)言將各種從屬關(guān)系分句交織合并成一個(gè)冗長(zhǎng)而獨(dú)立的復(fù)合句,不使用省略句,不使用感嘆句,很少使用簡(jiǎn)單句。合同語(yǔ)言的篇章特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范、條理清晰,采用法律文書(shū)的通用句子模式。 此外,我還在實(shí)訓(xùn)中詳細(xì)地學(xué)習(xí)其它方面如付款,包裝等的函電書(shū)信,學(xué)習(xí)到了好多東西。實(shí)訓(xùn)是工作前的準(zhǔn)備工作,外貿(mào)行業(yè)是一個(gè)具有挑戰(zhàn)性的職業(yè),外貿(mào)交易的復(fù)雜性和多樣性決定了工作對(duì)人才素質(zhì)高低的要求比較嚴(yán)格。上完實(shí)訓(xùn)課之后,對(duì)于自身知識(shí)水平的局限性有了較充分的了解,在以后的學(xué)習(xí)及工作中,要不斷的提高自身的知識(shí)水平和身體素質(zhì),逐步的向綜合型人員發(fā)展,來(lái)適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)對(duì)人才的需求??偠灾m然這次實(shí)訓(xùn)時(shí)間短暫,但對(duì)于我而言依然是受益匪淺,讓我的課本知識(shí)再度升華,從感性認(rèn)識(shí)上升為理性認(rèn)識(shí)了。
