一、業(yè)務(wù)助理工作職責(zé)

1、客戶確認(rèn)訂單后，給客戶制作SALESCONFIRMATION.給工廠制作采購訂單,要求準(zhǔn)確無誤，及時(shí)。做完的單據(jù)，一定要仔細(xì)的核對(duì)一遍后再發(fā)出。

2、追蹤工廠的生產(chǎn)情況----安排訂單后，對(duì)于訂單的交貨期要了然于胸。在訂單生產(chǎn)中期，和要交貨的前一個(gè)禮拜，跟工廠進(jìn)行溝通，詢問生產(chǎn)情況。如果有問題，需要跟經(jīng)理和或客戶溝通。在交貨期的中期，后期應(yīng)聯(lián)系工廠催促，確認(rèn)交貨期。

3、配船訂艙，跟貨運(yùn)代理和工廠確認(rèn)入倉時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)，追蹤工廠準(zhǔn)時(shí)入倉。取得入倉單，解決入倉中出現(xiàn)的問題。
