Hope you can understand and hope to get your reply soon.(你收到PI嗎?我們已經(jīng)給你最低的價(jià)格,1月26日是最后期限了。希望你能理解和盡快回復(fù)。)這是一位貿(mào)友寫給他的客戶的,他說發(fā)了好幾封客戶都沒回復(fù)他,問是什么原因?郵件都說得這么急迫了,為什么客戶還是無動于衷?問題到底出在哪?催單的時(shí)候我們總是非常習(xí)慣地使用一些具有“絕對性壓迫”的詞,試圖給客戶施加壓力,逼迫他快點(diǎn)下單。例如這封郵件里的“best price”(最好價(jià)格)、“deadline”(最后期限)就是“絕對性壓迫”的詞。然而這樣的詞卻讓人讀起來不太舒服,讓客戶感覺到不舒服的郵件顯然也不太可能發(fā)揮作用。所以我們應(yīng)該改變想法和說法:把催單,改成促單。至少不從字面上給自己錯(cuò)誤的引導(dǎo)。關(guān)于催單、促單的討論,前面也寫過一些文章:用什么催單技巧,能讓客戶提前把單下了?做不成訂單,大概率是因?yàn)槟悴粫行Т賳危河行Т賳卧趺醋觯? 02 2021依然特別,很多理由可以促單 2020年的特殊基本都延續(xù)到了2021年,例如受到疫情的影響、原料價(jià)格上漲、匯率迭蕩、物流運(yùn)費(fèi)增加、物流受阻延期等等。這些是往年都沒有的,所以我們可以不用再干巴巴地使用“快過年,我們要放長假,然后工廠比較忙啥的”這些老掉牙的借口了。這次也給客戶換個(gè)口味吧。那到底我們該怎么利用這些特別的“借口”去促單?先看一個(gè)促單案例。一位貿(mào)友請教,促單郵件怎么寫,他的郵件訴求是:一個(gè)客戶的訂單40萬,從2020年11月份談到12月20號,客戶價(jià)格也接受了,訂單也確認(rèn)會下。不過他們現(xiàn)在在放年假,說要2121年1月9號后付定金。但我想引導(dǎo)客戶,這12月結(jié)束前叫他的中國伙伴Galal先生付下定金,把訂單確認(rèn)下來,保持62000美金給他,因?yàn)橄聜€(gè)月的優(yōu)惠政策就改變了,無法維持62000美金給他。問這樣的郵件怎么寫?于是我給根據(jù)他的情況寫了這封郵件:Dear Sir, Hope everything going well. 外貿(mào)郵件除了要簡潔明了,條理清晰,主旨明確。 通常一篇完整的商務(wù)郵件包含以下幾個(gè)部分:稱呼,開篇,正文,結(jié)束語,禮貌問候。 01 Salutation——稱呼 開頭的稱呼大多數(shù)人都不會太注意,然而細(xì)節(jié)有時(shí)可以決定成敗。在西方國家,比如已婚女性和未婚女性所使用的表達(dá)就不一樣,因此在給女性客戶發(fā)郵件的時(shí)候請務(wù)必了解清楚。 用dear作為郵件的開頭肯定是沒有問題的,但是很多小伙伴卻忘了在后面寫上人名,電子郵件dear的后面一定要有“人”。因?yàn)榉g的原因,很多人都認(rèn)為“dear”是一個(gè)關(guān)系很親密的稱呼,但是在外國人眼里這個(gè)詞其實(shí)是很正式的,就像我們寫信的時(shí)候?qū)懙摹白鹁吹摹?、“敬愛的”等等? 所以在寫郵件的時(shí)候“dear”用在比較正式的場合,表示一種對他人的尊敬,后面可以加上名字或者姓氏。 如果是給不知道名字的人或者是在寫一封普通的郵件,可以在開頭選擇“Greetings”、“Hi there”。但在寫郵件的時(shí)候千萬別再使用Dear Sir和Dear Madam,這種說法過于老套并且很正式,給人一種你不必用心查找對方的名字的感覺,有點(diǎn)冒犯。還有“To whom it may concern”也不要用。 我們通常用的表達(dá)如下: Dear Mr./ Ms. Smith (具體某人) Dear Prof.(教授)/Dr.(博士)+ 姓(頭銜,職位) 02 Starting——開篇 對大多數(shù)商務(wù)郵件的開篇而言,我們都可以通過提及與客戶之前的接觸來表示友好的問候。 首先可以提及下你跟客戶的“交情”并做出感謝。比如感謝客戶跟你在哪里見過面、吃過飯、拜訪過公司、展會上聊天或者通過電話,談?wù)撨^什么內(nèi)容等等。如果并沒有的話,那么就感謝對方的來信。(甚至沒有及時(shí)回復(fù)對方的時(shí)候也表示感謝讓其等了很久) 通常我們會用這樣的表達(dá): 1. Thank you for your (kind) letter of January 15th. 感謝您在1月15日的來信。 2. It was a pleasure meeting you at the conference this month. 很高興在本月的會議上認(rèn)識您。 3. I do appreciate your patience in waiting for a response. 感謝您耐心等待我的回復(fù)。 4. Thank you for contacting us. 感謝您聯(lián)系我們。 5. It was a pleasure meeting you in Shanghai last month. 上個(gè)月在上海見到您很高興。 6. In reply to your request... 回應(yīng)您的要求...... 9. I would just like to confirm the main points we discussed on Friday. 我想確認(rèn)我們在周五討論的要點(diǎn)。 在簡單寒暄之后,我們就可以直接點(diǎn)明寫信目的。此處請注意,在表達(dá)意圖的時(shí)候也要盡可能的簡潔明了。不然會讓客戶沒有興趣繼續(xù)讀下去。 03 State the main point——點(diǎn)名主旨 這一部分作為郵件的重點(diǎn),需要向客戶表述你的主要訴求。比如你寫郵件是為了請求客戶幫忙、提供報(bào)價(jià),詢問客戶問題、或者回應(yīng)客戶需求,提供證明材料等。通常我們會用到這樣的表達(dá): 1. We are writing to inform you that.../ to confirm.../ to request.../to enquire about... 我們寫信是為了通知/確認(rèn)/請求/詢問…… 2. I recently read/heard about...and would like to know... 我們最近聽說......因此想要知道...… 3. I am contacting you for the following reason... 此次聯(lián)系您主要是為了...... 4. We'd like to invite you to a meeting on May 15th. 我們想要邀請您參加5月15日的會議。 需要注意的是,在做這部分表述的時(shí)候,我們通??梢允褂靡韵露陶Z: Making a request 請求幫忙 1. We would appreciate it if you would … 如果您愿意......我們將不勝感激。 2. It would be helpful if you could send us ... 如果您可以給我們發(fā)送......將會很有幫助。 3. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. 感謝您對此事的關(guān)注。 4. Could you possibly tell us / let us have ... 你能告訴我們......嗎? 5. Please let me know what action you propose to take. 您能告訴我下一步計(jì)劃是什么嗎? Offering help 提供幫助 1. Would you like us to ...? 您希望我們......嗎? 2. We are quite willing to ... 我們相當(dāng)樂意...... Giving good news 通知好的消息 1. We are pleased to announce that .../ to inform you that ... / to learn that ... 我們很開心(很高興)的告知(宣布/通知/了解)..... Giving bad news 通知不好的消息 1. I'm afraid it would not be possible to ... 我恐怕…...不能…... 2. After careful consideration we have decided (not) to ... 經(jīng)過深思熟慮后,我們決定…... 3. Unfortunately we cannot / we are unable to ... 不幸的是,我們沒法/不能…... 4. Please note that the goods we ordered on ( date ) have not yet arrived. 抱歉貨沒法如期抵達(dá)。 Complaining表達(dá)不滿 1. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with ... 我對......感到很不滿意。 04 Closing——結(jié)束語 最后一段通常我們會客氣的寒暄一下,寫上對客戶的期待(期待對方的回復(fù)/給出意見反饋等)。通常我們會用這樣的表達(dá): 1. Please accept our thanks for the trouble you have taken. 有勞貴方,不勝感激。 2. We tender you our sincere thanks for your generous treatment of us in this affair. 對您在此事中的慷慨之舉,我們深表感謝。 3. We should be grateful for your trial order. 如您試訂貨,我們將不勝感激。 4.We should be grateful for your furnishing us details of your requirements. 如果能收到您的具體需求,我們會非常開心。 5.
