借口多得是,但一般要給客人充分的理由相信,你不是不想回 比如說你是在出差或者休假中,記得一定要給郵箱弄個自動回執(zhí) 如果只是因為時間上不方便,比如說已經(jīng)下班,核價或者確認細節(jié)的時候沒那么及時,你就得告訴客人,為了精確期間你得跟誰誰誰確認這個問題,所以得等第二天 類似的情況都得讓客人有種你不是在讓他空等的感覺才行

我自己的外貿(mào)小經(jīng)驗,無償貼出來,哈哈~ 1.禮節(jié)性回復(fù)。這個不要用多說,就是開頭的稱謂,正文的第一句,及best regards等。 2.針對性回復(fù)。 主要是針對客戶提出的問題,比如產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)參數(shù),規(guī)格,價格列表,生產(chǎn)周期,最小訂貨量,折扣等。 3.引導(dǎo)性回復(fù)。 這里關(guān)鍵的是根據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗,提前解答一般客戶可能遇到的一些問題。比如你的產(chǎn)品使用溫度限制嚴(yán)格些,你可建議他們配套相關(guān)溫控措施。 以上針對性和引導(dǎo)性回復(fù),不進需要專業(yè)的產(chǎn)品知識,還要讓客戶感覺到你的貼心服務(wù)。外貿(mào)說到底,也是銷售,是給客戶提供一種最佳的解決方案。你做好了,客戶沒理由不選擇你。因為選擇別人,他會不放心或是成本更高。
