01 促單可以,但催單不能 我又要說“催單”和“促單”是不一樣的,盡管我已經(jīng)說過很多了,但還是想再強(qiáng)調(diào)一下?!按摺逼谝淮涡孕袨椋按佟笔情L期且持續(xù)的行為。舉個簡單例子:“嘿,快來買啊,年底清倉?。ㄎ颐髂瓴毁u了)錯過機(jī)會沒有下一次啊!”催單,逼你現(xiàn)在購買,偏于一次性買賣?!昂伲靵碣I呀,年底大優(yōu)惠,優(yōu)惠難得,別錯過,用得好 ,您再來啊!”“我們一直在這,歡迎您再光顧?!贝賳危嬖V你現(xiàn)在購買有優(yōu)惠有好處,但優(yōu)惠是短暫的,希望你把握,而我們是長期營業(yè),值得信賴。性質(zhì)不一樣,結(jié)果也就不一樣。所以我們不能簡單把“希望客戶下單”做成了“你這次不下單,下次就沒機(jī)會了”的感覺,然而我下次還看到你在這“年底清倉,最后機(jī)會”……看到這你是不是自己都想笑了,久而久之,你的“催”還有用嗎?雖說外貿(mào)人并不是街邊買賣,但很多人寫的郵件給我的就是這樣的感覺。例如下面這封:Hi ,How are you ?Do you received my PI or not? As you know, the price we give you is the best price we can offer, The deadline is January 26th. Hope you can understand and hope to get your reply soon.(你收到PI嗎?我們已經(jīng)給你最低的價格,1月26日是最后期限了。希望你能理解和盡快回復(fù)。)這是一位貿(mào)友寫給他的客戶的,他說發(fā)了好幾封客戶都沒回復(fù)他,問是什么原因?郵件都說得這么急迫了,為什么客戶還是無動于衷?問題到底出在哪?催單的時候我們總是非常習(xí)慣地使用一些具有“絕對性壓迫”的詞,試圖給客戶施加壓力,逼迫他快點(diǎn)下單。例如這封郵件里的“best price”(最好價格)、“deadline”(最后期限)就是“絕對性壓迫”的詞。然而這樣的詞卻讓人讀起來不太舒服,讓客戶感覺到不舒服的郵件顯然也不太可能發(fā)揮作用。所以我們應(yīng)該改變想法和說法:把催單,改成促單。至少不從字面上給自己錯誤的引導(dǎo)。關(guān)于催單、促單的討論,前面也寫過一些文章:用什么催單技巧,能讓客戶提前把單下了?做不成訂單,大概率是因?yàn)槟悴粫行Т賳危河行Т賳卧趺醋觯? 02 2021依然特別,很多理由可以促單 2020年的特殊基本都延續(xù)到了2021年,例如受到疫情的影響、原料價格上漲、匯率迭蕩、物流運(yùn)費(fèi)增加、物流受阻延期等等。這些是往年都沒有的,所以我們可以不用再干巴巴地使用“快過年,我們要放長假,然后工廠比較忙啥的”這些老掉牙的借口了。這次也給客戶換個口味吧。那到底我們該怎么利用這些特別的“借口”去促單?先看一個促單案例。一位貿(mào)友請教,促單郵件怎么寫,他的郵件訴求是:一個客戶的訂單40萬,從2020年11月份談到12月20號,客戶價格也接受了,訂單也確認(rèn)會下。不過他們現(xiàn)在在放年假,說要2121年1月9號后付定金。但我想引導(dǎo)客戶,這12月結(jié)束前叫他的中國伙伴Galal先生付下定金,把訂單確認(rèn)下來,保持62000美金給他,因?yàn)橄聜€月的優(yōu)惠政策就改變了,無法維持62000美金給他。問這樣的郵件怎么寫?于是我給根據(jù)他的情況寫了這封郵件:Dear Sir, Hope everything going well. Mr Galal said that you plan to do payment on January 9. There is no problem at this time, but because of some special circumstances, I think I should let you know sooner. (加拉爾先生說你們計(jì)劃在1月9日付款。目前沒有問題,但由于一些特殊情況,我想我應(yīng)該早點(diǎn)讓你知道。)1. I hope you notice that the 10% discount we give you is December 31st, which means that you will not be able to enjoy the discount when you place an order on January 9th. If it exceeds the period, you can apply for preferential treatment with the company, but it is more difficult, because the exchange rate has been fluctuating and the price of raw materials has risen, so the company may not agree to the preferential application. If this email disturbs your vacation, it is not my intention and feel so sorry . anyway, we hope you have a good vacation.(希望您能仔細(xì)考慮一下,然后告訴我們您的決定。如果這封郵件打擾了您的假期,這不是我的本意,非常抱歉。不管怎樣,我們希望你有一個愉快的假期。)這封郵件發(fā)過去,客戶回復(fù)了,雖沒有立馬付款,但客戶說明了付款意向,讓訂單更進(jìn)了一步。促單郵件能吸引客戶回復(fù),這是和催單郵件一個很大的不同,催單郵件很多時候,令人反感和抵觸,而促單郵件不會。這封郵件中,我用了三個促單因素(理由),一是優(yōu)惠期限即將到期、二是原料價格上漲、三是物流運(yùn)費(fèi)問題。除了這三個因素,還有匯率變動、工人緊缺等,都可以用作促單理由。 03 春節(jié)促單模板 上面說的是觀點(diǎn)和思路,但我知道大家喜歡更直接的模板,所以,這里也給大家提供春節(jié)促單的模板。第一種:面對不知道有沒有訂單意向的客戶,我們發(fā)個郵件試探一下。Hi Sir, How are you?We are coming to the Spring Festival holiday from February 6th to February 19th.
