1、FCA(Free Carrier)：貨交承運人（指定地點）。此術(shù)語是指賣方必須在合同規(guī)定的交貨期內(nèi)在指定地點將貨物交給買方指定的承運人監(jiān)管，并負(fù)擔(dān)貨物交由承運人監(jiān)管前的一切費用和貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險。此外，賣方還應(yīng)辦理出口所需的一切海關(guān)手續(xù)。 2、FAS(Free Alongside Ship)：船邊交貨（指定裝運港），是指賣方將貨物運至指定裝運港的船邊或駁船內(nèi)交貨，并在需要辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)時，辦理貨物出口所需的一切海關(guān)手續(xù)，買方承擔(dān)自裝運港船邊（或駁船）起的一切費用和風(fēng)險。 3、FOB(Free On Board)：船上交貨（指定裝運港），該術(shù)語規(guī)定賣方必須在合同規(guī)定的裝運期內(nèi)在指定的裝運港將貨物交至買方指定的船上，并負(fù)擔(dān)貨物越過船舷以前為止的一切費用和貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險。 4、CFR(Cost and Freight)：成本加運費（指定目的港），是指賣方必須在合同規(guī)定的裝運期內(nèi)，在裝運港將貨物交至運往指定目的港的船上，負(fù)擔(dān)貨物越過船舷以前為止的一切費用和貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險，并負(fù)責(zé)租船訂艙，支付至目的港的正常運費。 5、CIF(Cost、 Insurance and Freight)：成本、保險費加運費（指定目的港），是指賣方必須在合同規(guī)定的裝運期內(nèi)在裝運港將貨物交至運往指定目的港的船上， 負(fù)擔(dān)貨物越過船舷以前為止的一切費用和貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險并辦理貨運保險，支付保險費，以及負(fù)責(zé)租船訂艙，支付從裝運港到目的港的正常運費。 6、CPT(Carriage Paid to)：運費付至（指定目的地），是指賣方支付貨物運至指定目的地的運費，在貨物被交由承運人保管時，貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險，以及由于在貨物交給承運人后發(fā)生的事件而引起的額外費用，即從賣方轉(zhuǎn)移至買方。 7、CIP(Carriage and Insurance Paid to)：運費、保險費付至（指定目的地），是指賣方支付貨物運至目的地的運費，并對貨物在運輸途中滅失或損壞的買方風(fēng)險取得貨物保險， 訂立保險合同，支付保險費用，在貨物被交由承運人保管時，貨物滅失或損壞的風(fēng)險，以及由于在貨物交給承運人后發(fā)生的事件而引起的額外費用，即從賣方轉(zhuǎn)移至買方。 8、DAF(Delivered at Frontier)：邊境交貨（指定地點），是指賣方將貨物運至買方指定的邊境地點，將仍處于交貨的運輸工具上尚未卸下的貨物交付買方，并辦妥貨物出口清關(guān)手續(xù)， 承擔(dān)將貨物運抵邊境上的指定地點所需的一切費用和風(fēng)險，此地點為毗鄰邊境的海關(guān)前，包括出口國在內(nèi)的任何國家邊境（含過境國）。進(jìn)口清關(guān)手續(xù)則由買方辦理。 9、DES(Delivered EX Ship)：目的港船上交貨（指定目的港），是指賣方將貨物運至買方指定目的港的船上，并交給買方，但不辦理進(jìn)口清關(guān)手續(xù)，賣方負(fù)擔(dān)將貨物運抵指定卸貨港為止的一切費用和風(fēng)險，買方負(fù)擔(dān)貨物從船上開始卸貨期的一切費用和風(fēng)險。 10、DEQ(Delivered EX Quay)：目的港碼頭交貨（指定目的港），是指將貨物交付給買方，但不辦理貨物進(jìn)口清關(guān)手續(xù)，賣方負(fù)擔(dān)將貨物運抵卸貨港并卸至碼頭為止的一切費用與風(fēng)險。買方則負(fù)擔(dān)隨后的一切費用和風(fēng)險。 11、DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid)：未完稅交貨（指定目的地），是指賣方將貨物運至進(jìn)口國指定的目的地交付給買方，不辦理進(jìn)口手續(xù)，也不從交貨的運輸工具上將貨物卸下，即完成交貨。 賣方應(yīng)該承擔(dān)貨物運至指定目的地為止的一切費用與風(fēng)險，不包括在需要辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)時在目的地進(jìn)口應(yīng)繳納的任何“稅費”（包括辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)的責(zé)任和風(fēng)險，以及交納手續(xù)費、關(guān)稅、稅款和其他費用）。 買方必須承擔(dān)此項“稅費”和因其未能及時辦理貨物進(jìn)口清關(guān)手續(xù)而引起的費用和風(fēng)險。 12、DDP(Delivered Duty Paid)：進(jìn)口國完稅后交貨（指定目的地），是指賣方將貨物運至進(jìn)口國指定地點，將在交貨運輸工具上尚未卸下的貨物交付給買方，賣方負(fù)責(zé)辦理進(jìn)口報關(guān)手續(xù)，交付在需要辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)時在目的地應(yīng)繳納的任何進(jìn)口“稅費”。 賣方負(fù)擔(dān)將貨物交付給買方前的一切費用和風(fēng)險。如賣方無法直接或間接的取得進(jìn)口許可證時不宜采用該術(shù)語。DDP是賣方責(zé)任最大的貿(mào)易術(shù)語。
　　在《2000年國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語解釋通則》共規(guī)定和解釋了13種貿(mào)易術(shù)語，將十三種貿(mào)易術(shù)語按賣方承擔(dān)責(zé)任、費用和風(fēng)險由小到大依次分組排列，分成E、F、C、D四組： 　　E組：本組術(shù)語只有EXW（工廠交貨）一種，特點是賣方在其處所（如工廠、倉庫）將貨物置于買方控制之下，即完成交貨任務(wù)，賣方承擔(dān)的費用、風(fēng)險最小。E組術(shù)語屬于啟運（Departure）術(shù)語。 　　F組：包括FCA（貨交承運人）、FAS（裝運港船邊交貨）、FOB（裝運港船上交貨）三種術(shù)語。此組術(shù)語的特點是由買方簽訂運輸合同并指定承運人，賣方將貨物交給買方指定的承運人或裝上運輸工具，即完成交貨任務(wù)。F組術(shù)語屬于主運費未付（Main Carriage Unpaid）的術(shù)語。 　　C組：包括CFR（成本加運費）、CIF（成本、運費加保險費）、CPT（運費付至）、CIP（運費、保險費付至）四種術(shù)語。此組術(shù)語的特點是賣方負(fù)責(zé)簽訂運輸合同，支付正常的運費，承擔(dān)交貨前貨物的損壞或滅失的風(fēng)險，在裝運港將貨物裝上船或?qū)⒇浳锝恢脸羞\人即完成交貨任務(wù)。C組術(shù)語屬于主運費已付（Main Carriage Paid）的術(shù)語。 　　D組：包括DAF（邊境交貨）、DES（目的港船上交貨）、DEQ（目的港碼頭交貨）、DDU（未完稅交貨）、DDP（完稅交貨）五種術(shù)語。此組術(shù)語的特點是賣方自負(fù)費用和風(fēng)險將貨物運至指定目的地，并將貨物置于買方控制之下，即完成交貨任務(wù)。D組術(shù)語屬于到達(dá)（Arrival）術(shù)語。
