我做了3年的貿(mào)易了,回復(fù)了之后沒有消息很多時(shí)候是正常的。你只能去減少這種情況,但是不可能去避免。比如客戶的詢價(jià)郵件,一般客戶肯定會(huì)貨比幾家或者十幾家。有時(shí)候你的價(jià)格不是最吸引人的,給的信息不是全面的,或者客戶認(rèn)定你們的公司不專業(yè),或者沒有優(yōu)勢(shì),或者客戶只是在做前期市場(chǎng)調(diào)研問問市場(chǎng)價(jià)格而已?;蛘呒词鼓愕膬r(jià)格低,但是他和別的供應(yīng)商采購過這個(gè)產(chǎn)品,只是問問你的家作為參考而已;或者客戶只是篩選新供應(yīng)商,為以后采購做準(zhǔn)備現(xiàn)在不可能有訂單等等??傊碛珊芏啵闆r很復(fù)雜。你只能盡力去做好:比如你回復(fù)的時(shí)候近可能比別人更早;多了解下市場(chǎng)行情,多比較下別人的價(jià)格或者對(duì)手的價(jià)格給一個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)的價(jià)格;或者你給出市場(chǎng)行情分析或者合理預(yù)測(cè)幫助客戶了解產(chǎn)品和市場(chǎng),顯得你比別人專業(yè)?;蛘哙]件感覺冰冷,你有時(shí)間打個(gè)電話過去;有展會(huì)的時(shí)候約別人見過面產(chǎn)生信任。 一般情況下做貿(mào)易主要是不好和客戶產(chǎn)生信任,有了信任生意就好做了。我的很多客戶過后說合我做生意的理由是我們有信任。所以你盡量多去了解和嘗試努力建立信任,之后生意是水到渠成的。價(jià)格是重要的,但是絕大部分情況下不是最重要的。 希望我的一點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)你有幫助,謝謝!
