二、出口代理的具體業(yè)務(wù)流程：

Ex（Point of Origin）（產(chǎn)地交貨）又稱EXW（Ex Works）

EXW是國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語之一，是指當賣方在其所在地或其他指定的地點（如工場、工廠或倉庫）將貨物交給買方處置時，即完成交貨，賣方不辦理出口清關(guān)手續(xù)或?qū)⒇浳镅b上任何運輸工具。

FOB（Free on Board）（在運輸工具上交貨）

FOB也稱“離岸價”，實踐中的使用通常為“FOB港（出發(fā)地）按FOB成交，由買方負責派船接運貨物，賣方應(yīng)在合同規(guī)定的裝運港和規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)，將貨物裝上買方指定的船只，并及時通知買方。在實際交易中，買方都會委托賣方來幫助租船定倉，交保險等，也就是準CIF,買方會另行支付給賣方額外費用！貨物在裝船時越過船舷，風險即由賣方轉(zhuǎn)移至買方。

船邊交貨貿(mào)易術(shù)語，英文為Free Alongside ship(named port of shipment)即船邊交貨(指定裝運港)，縮寫為FAS。它指賣方在指定的裝運港碼頭或駁船上把貨物交至船邊，從這時起買方須承擔貨物滅失或損壞的全部費用和風險， 另外買方須辦理出口結(jié)關(guān)手續(xù)。

FCA是free carrier也就是“貨交承運人（指定地點）”是指賣方只要將貨物在指定的地點交給買方指定的承運人，并辦理了出口清關(guān)手續(xù)，即完成交貨
