Dear XX,Long time no see, how are you now?Wish everything goes well with you !! :)We plan to go to France for business trip around April.10.May I go to your office to visit you?Waiting for you

Best regards,(姓名)

The $3000 contract email. Tips What You Can Learn? Don't be afraid to give away tons of value. It means more work upfront, but you'll stand out in the inbox. 2. A sales meeting email done right. Tips What You Can Learn? Identify yourself clearly upfront, verify whether you're talking to the right person, and clearly mention how much of their time you want (and when do you want it). 3. The “best email pitch”I ever received. Tips What You Can Learn? Specializing your emails beyond the 'Hi [FirstName].' Mention something the receiver might have done recently (check their blog or Twitter) to grab attention right in the first sentence. 4. The email that won meetings at LinkedIn and Twitter. Tips What You Can Learn? Craft an email for just one person. Don't tell them about everything your company does. Instead, personalize your email for one person alone and create an email that solves his/her specific problem. 5. An email to kickstart a business relationship. Tips What You Can Learn? Focus on benefits instead of features. This applies to everything from landing pages and sales letters to emails. 6. An email that landed a $15,000 consulting project. Tips What You Can Learn? Choose your targets wisely. You can do a lot with a simple email if you target just the right group of people with it. Don't skimp on the homework and research your ideal customer thoroughly before you even send an email. 7. An email to schedule a sales call. Tips What You Can Learn? Tell prospects exactly what kind of results they can expect. Then tell them how long you'll take to achieve it. 8. An email that won over the founder of Branchout. Tips What You Can Learn? Have fun. And mirror the image of your brand in your language. If you're branding yourself as a fun, youthful alternative to stuffy conventional conferences, don't use the same stuffy, conventional language in your emails. 9. An email with a presentation. Tips What You Can Learn? Show, don't just tell. Instead of writing a 500 word long email of your ideas, just create a video or presentation that shows your ideas in action.
還有“To whom it may concern”也不要用。 Thank you for your (kind) letter of January 15th. 2. It was a pleasure meeting you at the conference this month. 3. I do appreciate your patience in waiting for a response. 4. Thank you for contacting us. 5. It was a pleasure meeting you in Shanghai last month. 6. I enjoyed having lunch with you last week in NewYork. 7. With reference to our telephone conversation yesterday... 8. In reply to your request... 9. I would just like to confirm the main points we discussed on Friday. 03 State the main point——點(diǎn)名主旨 這一部分作為郵件的重點(diǎn),需要向客戶表述你的主要訴求。 We are writing to inform you that.../ to confirm.../ to request.../to enquire about... I recently read/heard about...and would like to know... I am contacting you for the following reason... 4. We'd like to invite you to a meeting on May 15th. 1. We would appreciate it if you would … 2. It would be helpful if you could send us ... 3. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. 4. Could you possibly tell us / let us have ... Please let me know what action you propose to take. 1. Would you like us to ...? We are quite willing to ... 1. We are pleased to announce that .../ to inform you that ... / to learn that ... 1. I'm afraid it would not be possible to ... After careful consideration we have decided (not) to ... Unfortunately we cannot / we are unable to ... Please note that the goods we ordered on ( date ) have not yet arrived. 1. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with ... Please accept our thanks for the trouble you have taken. 2. We tender you our sincere thanks for your generous treatment of us in this affair. 3. We should be grateful for your trial order. 4.We should be grateful for your furnishing us details of your requirements. 5. We are greatly obliged for your bulk order just received. 6. If there is anything we can do to help you, we shall be more than pleased to do so. 7. We will spare no efforts in endeavoring to be of service to you. 8. Looking forward to your reply. Yours sincerely / Yours truly / Sincerely / Thank you / Best wishes / Warm regards / All the best / Best of luck
1. Landing the First Communication: Introduction Email to Potential Clients Hi [Prospect], We’re a Y company that specializes in XX to help you... I’m wondering if you might be open to an initial conversation to gauge a fit? We’ve worked with companies like XX and XX to gain XX% goals. If you have a minute or two to learn more about us, you can visit us here at XX. If I don’t hear from you, I will reach out to you via phone later in the week. Thank you, [Your Name] 2. Landing the First Communication: Follow-Up Email 我建議使用這樣的主題行:Sorry I Missed You。 30%-40%。 Hi [Prospect], Quickly following up on my email from yesterday. I tried to call you, but was unable to connect. Hoping to set up a call to introduce my company, XX. Do you have 10 minutes anytime early next week that would work? I thought you might find some interest in our work with XX comapany. We helped them to achieve goals resulting in XX% increasing achievements. You can read the whole story here: XXX。 (可以提供案例附件,如果涉及保密信息,也可不提供) As a reminder, we’re a Y company, exper / specializing in the XX category. We’ve worked with XX company, and many others to achieve goal. Best, [Your Name] 3. Post-Proposal Send: Follow-Up Email [Company Name] -- Still Interested? Hi [Prospect], Hope you had a good weekend (been well, etc.*). Not sure if you’ve been really slammed or you’ve decided to hold off for now, but I wanted to see if you might have any feedback on our proposal? Certainly no rush on our end -- I don’t want to become a pest if you’d prefer I hold off on contact. I also thought you might have some interest in a recent post on XX category. You can read it here: link. Look forward to hearing from you. Hope you’ve been well/had a good weekend來做主題行。 4. Last-Try Send: Follow-Up Email Hi [Prospect], I've tried to reach out a few times now without a reply. Usually when this happens, it means my offer is not a priority right now. If you'd rather I follow up in a month or two when you have more bandwidth, I'm happy to do that as well. Thanks for your time. Regards, [Your Name]
