Confidentiality 保密條款 The parties acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions hereto are confidential and neither party may disclose any of such information without the prior written consent of the other party. 買賣雙方認(rèn)可并同意對(duì)本合同內(nèi)的規(guī)定及條款保密，任何一方未經(jīng)過對(duì)方書面許可，不得泄露給他人。 16. Notice 通知 All notices, requests, consents, demands and other documents and communications required or permitted by this agreement shall be in written English or Chinese language and may be delivered personally or be sent by telex, facsimile, email or prepaid registered mail addressing to the other party. 本合同所有涉及的通知，請(qǐng)求，同意，要求和其他文件以及必要或許可的溝通，將用中文或英文書寫，可以采取送達(dá)。電報(bào)，傳真，郵件，掛號(hào)信等方式送達(dá)對(duì)方。 17. The contract is written in both English and Chinese.
