1、郵件中的“To”-就是收件人,輸入對方郵箱就可以了,如果對方有多個郵箱,可以填寫多個郵箱地址。
2、郵件中的“CC”-也就是抄送人,CC抄送人只需要了解郵件內(nèi)容不需要回復(fù)溝通的,這里也可以填寫多個郵箱地址。
3、“Subject”-是指郵件標(biāo)題,我們輸入郵件內(nèi)容的概括,對于正式的郵件,郵件主題很關(guān)鍵,不專業(yè)的主題容易被忽略。郵件的主題方便快速知曉郵件內(nèi)容,方便后期找當(dāng)時的郵件。
4、外貿(mào)郵件開頭“Dear”或者“Hi”開頭,也就是“你好”的意思,“Dear”不用特意區(qū)分男女,如果對方比較生疏,可以用“Hi”代替。問候后面是對方的“名”,而非“姓”。
5、郵件正文-首行上下各空出來一行,收件人在便于閱讀,每個英文單詞之間要輸入空格。
